A: Virgin Hair and Mink Hair orders take 7–14 business days for delivery. Raw Hair orders take 3–7 business days.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We charge a flat shipping rate of $35 on all orders.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, depending on the situation, customers may be eligible for a discount on a future purchase.

Q: Can the hair be dyed or styled?
A: Yes! All of our hair can be colored, straightened, curled, and styled as desired. We recommend professional styling for best results.

Q: How long does the hair last?
A: With proper care, our virgin hair can last up to 2-3 Years, Our Mink Brazilian and Raw hair 3-5years.

Q: How many bundles do I need?
A: Typically, 2–3 bundles are recommended for a natural look, and 3–4 bundles for a fuller look, depending on the length.
